December, last month of the year, the beginning of the holidays, a month of celebration for many and of sadness for others.

There is so much energy put into this month. Some people try to accomplish what they haven’t been able to accomplish throughout the year; others try to make the best of the final month of 2016; in other cases some simply “want the year to be over”; and others, and I include myself in this group, take this month to look back at what this year has offered to them, putting energy into closing it with strength and with joy in our hearts looking forward to the new year to come.

Whether it has been a fantastic, a regular, or a not so good year, live today as a brand new day.

  • If your year sucked….kick its butt this last month.
  • If your year didn’t go as planned…. make new plans and try again.
  • If these months have been emotionally draining…practice gratitude for what caused these emotions and shift the energy in your life.
  • If you have been looking for answers and haven’t found them…look somewhere else.
  • If you’re simply drained…find the strength within you … you’d be surprised of of what’s inside.
  • If you are one of those people that dislikes this time of the year… look at the positive side of it instead of the negative.
  • If you’ve had set backs, MOVE forward! Don’t just stay there… remember you can’t move a parked car!
  • If you have been hurt, if you’ve lost someone, if you’ve been struggling in your professional and/or personal life…believe that EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK… but don’t just sit there and wait… TAKE ACTION.

But most importantly, live in the NOW! And for those who associate this month as one of receiving and giving gifts… I gift you this phrase that I hold so dear to my heart: “The past is history, the future is a mystery, the present is a GIFT, that’s why it’s called the PRESENT.”

May this month be one of vision, planning, gratitude, and love, to prepare for a better year to come.

WELCOME DECEMBER!

Until I see you again remember to always LAF – love unconditionally, accept without judgements, and forgive yourselves and others.

With love,

Anadel

P.S. It’s my birthday month so I love it even more 😀
