Los entiendo, he estado ah\u00ed. Muchas veces nos sentimos abrumados, fuera de nuestro elemento, y simplemente sin ser capaces de concentrarnos en lo que es realmente importante &#8230; en estar PRESENTES .<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a Dios, hay muchas formas de liberar el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, una forma es a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica del Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Debajo les dejo 4 poses que los ayudar\u00e1n a liberar el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad:<\/p>\n<h3>Tadasana (Pose de Monta\u00f1a)<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lafstyle.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Yoga_MountainPose_.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-609\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-609\" src=\"https:\/\/lafstyle.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Yoga_MountainPose_-281x300.jpg\" alt=\"Mountain Pose\" width=\"190\" height=\"176\" \/><\/a>Esta es la base de todas las posturas de yoga de pie y de inversiones completas. Particularmente me gusta la forma en la que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogaoutlet.com\/guides\/how-to-do-mountain-pose-in-yoga\">Yoga Outlet<\/a> explico c\u00f3mo llegar a la pose.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Padahastasana<\/h3>\n<p>Esta es una de mis favoritas tanto para ni\u00f1os como para adultos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lafstyle.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/padahastasana-klein.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-610\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-610\" src=\"https:\/\/lafstyle.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/padahastasana-klein-300x212.jpg\" alt=\"padahastasana\" width=\"257\" height=\"179\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simplente empieza en Tadasana, ambos pies paralelos uno al otro, asegur\u00e1ndote que los dedos est\u00e9n mirando hacia el frente.<\/li>\n<li>Inhala y extienda los brazos rectos sobre la cabeza con los brazos tocando las orejas.<\/li>\n<li>Exhala y d\u00f3blate desde las caderas manteniendo la espalda recta.<\/li>\n<li>Lleva las manos lo m\u00e1s cercano al piso que puedas. Puedes doblar un poco las rodillas si sientes presi\u00f3n en los isquiotibiales.<\/li>\n<li>Sost\u00e9n la posici\u00f3n por 10 segundos aumentando gradualmente el tiempo hasta llegar a un minuto o m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Balasana<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lafstyle.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Balasana.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-611\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-611\" src=\"https:\/\/lafstyle.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Balasana-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"Balasana\" width=\"253\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desde la posici\u00f3n de mesa, exhala y baja las caderas hacia las plantas de los pies y pon la cabeza en el mat.
