Quinoa Broccoli Bowl

Ingredients

3/4 cup quinoa
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 cup broccoli
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove
Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Cook quinoa in the vegetable broth for 15 mints until cooked.
  • Boil broccoli for 6-8 minutes
  • Mix Quinoa and broccoli
  • Add all other ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Drizzle Parmesan cheese

Serve with a delicious salad and pieces of fruit.
