Quinoa Broccoli Bowl
Ingredients
3/4 cup quinoa
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 cup broccoli
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove
Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Cook quinoa in the vegetable broth for 15 mints until cooked.
- Boil broccoli for 6-8 minutes
- Mix Quinoa and broccoli
- Add all other ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Drizzle Parmesan cheese
Serve with a delicious salad and pieces of fruit.
